Where the Summer Went

Went to Las Vegas to celebrate Randy getting married

 I promptly bet on Chelsea winning the English Premier League

 Saw Chris Angel "Mind Freak" 

The Vegas Strep

Went 4wheeling by the Las Vegas Speedway

Pretended we were rich for a while

Watched the World Cup with friends

And Strangers

Played SpikeBall

Went camping on my parents driveway.

Hung out with cute nephews

Went to the World Cup!!! - of Lacrosse.  Hmm...Not quite the same as the one in Brazil.

Watched a Rockies game with the Dordt Alumni Rocky Mountain Chapter

Watched Manchester United play Roma - and saw some beautiful goals

Took a trip to the mountains

Hiked a peak

Went 4 wheeling in the Xterra

Got to be a part of a cool family volunteer project

And babysit for the real workers 

Went to Boulder to try their tea

It was tasty

Built relationships with some great people

and lost to them in Scrabble.

Took family on the Coors tour

And the Red Rocks climb

and Crystal Lake outside of Breckenridge

Went on a Hot Air balloon ride

More 4 Wheelin

got to be a part of Randy and Tanya's wedding

 Ate a nice lunch afterwords

Finally went to the Historian!

And the Biggest News!!!! 

 Baby Nibbelink due in April!!!!!

Pikes Peak Weekend

Saturday Morning we took a drive to Pikes Peak.

It was glorious.

It was also pretty cold at the top.

We stopped at Crystal Lake on the way back down.  It was already much warmer.

Then we took a stroll through Garden of the Gods.

I had a little climb.

We ate at Culvers for Christine!  She gets nostalgic about their burgers and cheese curds. 

Christine bought a hat to be cool like me.

We took down our blinds and put up curtains.  They look much better.
